The PIZZAMANIA adventure began 20 years ago and was born from the crazy idea of making authentic Italian pizza, of creating a place full of warmth and generosity that you can only find in small Italian trattorias.

We have had some special opportunities to visit Italy in these 20 years since we started the PIZZAMANIA project, but we have also traveled all over the world and made friends with chefs and many talented people who have taught us how to use only quality ingredients, seasonal ingredients and from local producers.
VIVERE DI QUALITA
The connection we have maintained with those who pick the grapes, with those who tend the olive trees, with those who make the wine and oil we use, with the cheese makers, with those who grow the tomatoes and with those who make the salami, is what has taught us and inspired us.
